What is a sign and go party?

A sign-and-go party is a fundraising party where 100% of the funds raised will go to support Hughston Elementary. You just need to sign up and go!

We would love for each grade level to have at least one Sign & Go party for students

How can I host a party?

Anyone can host a party! You just need a theme/idea (see below for examples and ideas), a date, a location, and (if you want to share costs) other hosts.

Remember when planning, that as a host, you are responsible for 100% of the cost of the party, and all funds raised through ticket sales go to Hughston Elementary. 

As hosts, you will need to provide the auction committee with a graphic advertising your party. The graphic should include what, when, where, cost per ticket, how many tickets available, and host information. (See example below) 

Important Info

• Tickets for sign and go parties will be available for purchase during the auction. 
• All parties must take place between February 02, 2025 and July 31, 2025.
• Submit your sign and go party by October 18th, so we can begin advertising!
